I started this blog in June of this year with the article about how to create a custom page title in Joomla! 1.0.x. After a couple of articles, I took a brake while on vacation. But when I returned, I started writing articles in August again.

This blog now has almost 100 articles, around 400 feed subscribers and over 1000 comments. I think this is pretty good for someone that hasn't had a blog before, didn't know anything about SEO or Social Bookmarking. I just wanted to share my knowledge, fun and interesting things with the world.

I created an alphabetic list of my own favorite articles from 2007. I'm checking these articles often because of the interesting resources or just for fun. Which article of mine did you like the most or through which article did you get here? Of course you can expect more high-quality, interesting and fun articles from me in 2008! Here's a nice little time-killer for you. The image you see below is a screenshot from Syobon, a Japanese Mario-look-a-like game. Doesn't look very interesting, does it? But I'm sure, that if you're going to play this game, you'll get pretty frustrated some times. But it'll be funny too, especially when you let others play. The video below will explain more.

After my previous article on how to create a peeling corner on your website, I now give you another great thing for your website. I'll explain how to create a sticky sidebar or box that will scroll down with the user. Excellent to put your navigation in, promoting your RSS Feed or placing advertisement.

This technique uses CSS and JavaScript. Works in IE7+, Firefox, Opera and Safari.
