We're owning a dog for a while now. His name is Billy and it's a very nice dog. There are some people on the world that like to dress up their dog. Sometimes, it looks pretty nice, like the tie on this dog.

But some people just don't know when to stop. Here are 20 pictures of dogs that are dressed up for halloween (which was a couple of weeks ago). And sometimes, people really do look like their dogs (or is it the other way around?).

Small programs doesn't mean they're bad programs. Think about the build-in programs in Windows like Notepad and Calculator. They're not bad at all. Here's a list of over 50 small (Under 1 MegaByte in download!) Windows applications that are really useful and will make your life easier.

Most of these programs are freeware. Some have an ugly website or UI, but don't let that fool you. They're really powerful and do what they do. Nothing less, nothing more.

Oh, and if you have a girlfriend, don't compare her with Windows. She'll not like it.
