We're owning a dog for a while now. His name is Billy and it's a very nice dog. There are some people on the world that like to dress up their dog. Sometimes, it looks pretty nice, like the tie on this dog.

But some people just don't know when to stop. Here are 20 pictures of dogs that are dressed up for halloween (which was a couple of weeks ago). And sometimes, people really do look like their dogs (or is it the other way around?).

And by animal, I am not referring to the dog. You only have to look in the dogs eyes and you can see it wishing for opposable thumbs so that it can remove the clothing from its body and then wrap it around its owners neck.
