I personally like Soldier Front. Its on ijji.com like gunz and is fps. It also has addictive game play and pretty good graphics. Not many hachers either.Lots a players online.Good guns with buy option and characters and clans items.

Actually soldier front is a nice game but however, the people playing practically spoiled it. when u kill a person, 80% of them will say7 that u hack then u get reported. haha i got reported 4 times for being pro. btw thanks for the games.

Soldier Front sucks =/ When I first tried it, I thought that it would be something like counterstrike, but it\'s hard to aim, the person moves slow, most of the maps are practically glitchy and such, and yes people will complain once you own them several times. If you want an excellent, more stable FPS, then play Urban Terror and/or Wolfenstien: ET.

Don\'t underestimate Nexuiz--you have to play this game to appreciate it. I decided to try it out and now I\'m hooked. Ultrafast gameplay and excellent graphic support for low-end to very high-end cards. Seriously awesome game.

Soldier front is only good for ones who don\'t lag and have somewhat newer computers. I would not recomend playing with a Dell because the graphics card is cuasing lag causing glitching. if you don\'t have a video card gtfo and buy one. - War rock is not FREE, because if you want any actually good weapons you have to pay $5-15 a month to upgrade to premium. Depending on the cheaper package the less stuff you get in return.. also, you can optionally pay for in-game weapons instead of earning it with in-game money. As for upgrades, maps and modes they are completely unavailable to you until you do purchase a version of premium package (Bronze, Silver or gold. Bronze being the cheapest of $5). Aside of that it has pretty entertaining game play. But Punk buster is enabled. Not only does it take longer to load, but hackers STILL manage to play. - America\'s army is a waste of time. It\'s a way too robotic mp fps that in order to get real weapons and gear you have to play the horrible single-player training missions. Of course, it has punk buster. The anti-cheat program that installs itself to your computer and your computer doesn\'t see it as a threat, but prevents you from cheating or opening any programs that punk buster may consider as such. Not that that\'s a bad thing, but it does lag your computer. It also increases loading times and forces you to update your Punk buster every time you join a game. - Wolfenstein Enemy Territory is a decent game, it looks sort of like counterstrike: source when it comes to certain weapons. You pick from 5 Classes on Axis or allies. Soldier, Medic, Engineer, Field Ops or Covert Ops with all unique weaponry and uses. However, Punk buster does actually have a place in this game as there are NO hackers. But this game takes incredibly long to load, especially on most servers you have to download their mods, so you have to wait with that too. It\'s worth downloading. - Paintball is a decently smooth on the eyes game. However, there is A LOT of connection errors. I never got a chance to play it because of them. As there are no servers to join/Servers will not let me enter. This has been the case for a few of my friends as well. - FEAR - I am downloading it as I own the PS3 version and it pwns. However most of the links have been disfunctional and the download times are really long. - Urban Terror and World of Padman are just ugly. And world of padman is based on a comic. It is so completely lacking graphics and it\'s stupidity makes me want to destroy it.

I have played a few of these. Here is my take: America\'s Army is a great game if you like your gameplay realistic and heavily team based. There is also a very interesting \'boot camp\' feature you have to complete to get the most from the game. The boot camp consists of several tutorial missions that are designed to be very much like the real life counter part. This ranges from basic movement to weapons training to more complex actions like parachutes and escape and evasion. There are even classes wich can teach you some very real things about combat medic training as well. The problem here lies in the fact that, while a cool feature, the boot camp is too long and can be quite difficult. The weapon training and movement are simple enough, but the parachute will take a few tries and the escape and evasion will get to be just down right frustrating. Also the medic classes are full of real life knowledge and come complete with tests, but the classes are CLASSES. Forcing you to sit and pay attention as if you were in school. Gamers sit in class and wish they were playing games, now you can sit in class in a game wishing you were playing games. 8/10 overall. Gunz: The Duel is not an FPS, as pointed out several times already, but it certainly shares a lot with them. The concept here is simple: Kill, kill, kill. While it may not be as deep or flashy as some games, it certainly has style. The ability to perform maneuvers like diving and rolling, to flipping off wall, to deflecting bullets with your sword makes this one a unique choice. You also have the option to acquire new armor and weapons for your character while you play. Gaining levels will grant you access to new equipment that changes your look and survivability. The drawback to this game is that while you can get new gear it is fairly limited, having only a few choices at certain levels. The controls, while mapped well from the start, can feel a bit sluggish as well. The graphics are bad, they get the job done, but they really lack polish and detract from the experience, even more so when you see the awesome art that is displayed as a splash screen for the game. 7/10 overall. Urban Terror is a decent game. Someone up there said it had good graphics but i have to disagree. They are not bad, but certainly arent great. The gameplay is solid and fun, but seems a bit forced and maybe a bit too simplistic. In all fairness I have yet to delve too deeply into this one, so i will not be too harsh. N/A overall Wolfenstein: ET is a great game. It is simple, to the point, and wastes no time trying to be anything other than what it is, and there in lies the problem. A game like this is great in so many ways that it is hard to point at what is wrong with it. So hard in fact that i acnt really point any one thing out. But something is amiss here, I just dont know what. But for what it is the game works amazingly well. Playing online will give you the feeling that you used to get from fragging your best friend in Golden Eye on the N64, but in a different way. Part of what makes this game so strong is the people that play it. Every time I have played it i have been met with decent and nice people. More often than working as a team. I can not begin to tell you how good that feels. I never see the usual \'I pwned u n00b! I r 1337\' in this one, and i love that. The graphics could use some work, but again, they get the job done. 9/10 overall. Warsow is a VERY cool game. They are not kidding when they say that the core of the gameplay here is in the movement. The feeling you get (after getting used to it) while maneuvering in the air off of walls and jumps is unique and has to be experianced to be believed. The downside here? Control. The best thing about this game is also the worst. It will take a while for you to get used to the way you can move around and until you do your going to die... a lot. I have seen more than one player just give up after becoming frustrated. Also there is some small issue with the weapons. I can not quite put my finger on it but sometimes they just dont feel quite right, but it is minor. 9/10 overall War Rock is an interesting game. It sucks and is great at the same time. This game really tries to tyake the modern combat game to the extreme and does so nicely.... with a few exceptions. Since War Rock is F2P (Free 2 Play) they have given you a game that you can play 100% free, but you can plop down some cash to get the goods too. The problem with this is that players who DO spend real life cash will get gear that owns everything else out there. Mowing down the enemy with a minigun is great fun I am sure, but not if your the one getting mowed down. The offset of players who use real money to get a leg up is really not that bad since I have only run into them a few times, but it can ruin a game when I do. You can drive things in War Rock which is awesome, but the maps are too small for it. The vehicles are nicely detailed and drive well enough, but since you rarely have the room to do anything with them they are just big targets most of the time. Graphically I was surprised by War Rock. As a general rule I associate free with crappy graphics. Not so here. The graphics are really not too bad. 8/10 Combat Arms (not on the list and very new) is a lot like a lot of games. It feels very hectic on some maps, and very tactical on others. Like UT or Quake versus CS or AA. This one is also my current favorite. It has what you would expect from a modern based shooter in terms of weapons and gear. But it also does 1 thing I really like: lets you carry a second primary weapon. I can not tell you how awesome this 1 feature is. Sniping has always been my thing, but as in most games getting to a position is a pain with the sniper rifle. Well now I can run around with my G36 while I get to my spot. Awesome. In terms of gear you also get access to gas gernades and fire gernades. While the graphics for these are really kinda laughable the effect is great. Gas them out of a position or light them on fire. 9/10

Starsiege: Tribes This game is awesome, especially if you play the Annihilation gmae type, where you can build bases, create defenses, and fight in 9 different armors with about 60 different weapons and thousands of possible strategies. Plus, you can fly. Definately a must-get for any FPS player.

The one bad thing about WarRock is the rent guns feature. everytime you buy a gun, you only get to keep it for about a week. then you have to buy it again... Soldier Front is good, i would play it if i had a faster PC. Gunz is sick but i dont like the over-the-shoulder view thats my view

combat arms is one of, if not the best FPS game out there. the graphics are above average, and the mods are awesome. You can put scopes on ur pistol. along with all other guns besides the shotguns and snipers which are already equipped with scopes. the maps have all kinds of routes, and are friendly with auto guns and snipers(meaning you could use either one and play well). Combat arms is also a realistic modern FPS game. for instance, headshots are one shot kills (if u are not wearing protection). i highly recommend Combat Arms.

W: Enemy Territory is by far the best game on the list. Sure, the graphics aren\'t what newer games have, but just look at their game play. ET is 5 years old now and still has a massive community (3k+ players on weekdays!) The classes are amazing and the hacking protection is really good. There is endless possibilities to what you can do in that game because of so many modifications that are available. So for most of these FPS\'s a lot of them I haven\'t played but the ones I have I\'ve played intensively. Warrock: as someone mentioned before. Fun if you\'re willing to drop the cash, hack, or are just naturally godlike at FPSs. Lots of hackers and if you\'re new to FPS a no no to play. You\'ll end up just dying... a lot... a lot a lot.. Padman: terrible game, sh*t graphics and game play. Utterly a waste of time. Unless you can find a map FULL of people (very very rare) its just you and 3 others running around a map that\'s much much too big. ---------------------------------------------------------- [b]Combat Arms:[/b] so far my absolute favourite of all the free online FPS\'s. Guns are customizable (scopes, extra ammo, silencers, etc.) and the second gun slot (any type of weapon, secondary, primary, support/grenades) is really useful. Huge number of guns, from SR-225\'s to G36\'s to double barrel shot guns. Really cool. The maps are vary from large to small and all have multiple avenues of engagement (combat). How many times have you found yourself bashing your screen during CS because some guy with an AWP has locked down the entire section of the map? Doesn\'t happen in CA. Problem with CA is that being so new the developers haven\'t caught everything in the maps. A lot of the maps offer jerks the opportunity to glitch and really kill the fun on occasions. However since the maps have so many ways of approach if theres a glitches you can always go around them. As for hackers there are a few but usually its limited to one or two regulars and its really obvious. Theres never a shortage of maps and people playing (multiple servers and rooms) that you can always drop from a game and join another. As for the aforementioned events theres a support forum where you can post your name the name of the hacker/glitchers and a screen shot as proof (kill cams will show them outside the map etc.) However, the developer is really slow on the uptake of tracking down hackers/glitchers and rare does a permanent ban. They usually just demote the player (big pain in the ass though cause high level ranks is hard to attain and higher rank = more stuff). Overall Combat Arms is free to play, the dynamics of the game is very interesting and ever changing. The guns and options for gear is HUGE. My number 1 problem with CA though is when there are cheaters there isn\'t much you can do except 1.hope they leave or 2. switch rooms. Unless you reach the rank of Sargent (not too too hard) and have 5000 gp laying around to buy a Elite Moderator status and be the Leader of a room you can\'t kick the cheaters.

Crossfire is horrible, with bad graphics and lag, at least for players in Australia, and it has bad guns. Combat Arms is pretty good except NEXON screwed it up...like most of their games. Right now I play Operation 7 :lol: which is pretty good all round, maps are a bit of a drag after a while but still alright and you get to customise your gun with different barrels, scopes, clips, bullets, and a whole lot more. Only bad thing is that the bullet takes a while to register so everyone in a fire fight could die.

WELL i think the best fps is A.V.A alliance of valient arms is THE top free downloadable fps these days its not american only Krean/Janese and Chinese but you can still download it. its graphics rival call of duty modern warfare 1 and is a wapping 1.57gb big . the game has astounding graphicsand a huge amount of weapons but you have to have a goodvideo card so look up on a website the system requirements. COMBAT ARMS by Nexon. plain and simple. it is probably one of the best if not the best free FPS game around. Soldier front is slightly amusing, but holy shit its TERRIBLE compared to CA. Combat arms is in no way one of the best. Anyone can get the best gun, there is no sence to it. And when you rent your gun, you also have to rent mods? I think that the game \"Operation 7\" is a way better game overall. You can mod everything on your gun from the barrel to the stock to the hand grip to the sights. And it has great graphics

most of these games suck..... wolfenstein is the only good one. bf heroes absolutely sucked. bottom line - don\'t bother with this list download Combat Arms... while it\'s jammed full of hackers and you do indeed have to pay for the guns in real life money (how a free game works), it\'s the closest thing to BF2. Just pick up someone elses awesome gun if ur too broke. IF UR NOT BROKE - then ur in luck. invest 10 bucks in BF2 and it\'s the greatest thing ever. Comparison: BF2 kills everything on this list, BF2 is even > Combat Arms. BF2 is big fun, big, big, big, fun and just for a mere 10 bucks. invest 10 bucks and receive an addicting game that\'ll last you forever. After u get this game ur finished with fps, u never wanna see americas army again, which is an m4 compared to bf2 (bazooka) :0

Ok here is my list of good Free FPS games ive played. 1.Combat arms (nice graphics, smooth gameplay, variety of maps and weapons, multiple modes, and new content updated monthly) 2.Battlefield Heroes (Cartoon style graphics, smooth gameplay, multiple maps, jeeps/tanks/and airplanes make it alot of fun, skills,) 3. halo combat evolved demo. (not sure if many people play it but there is a free demo of halo combat evolved that lets you play one multiplayer map.) Games not worth getting. -Soldier front (movement is terrible, weapons are wacked, and graphics aren\'t as good as Combat arms.) -America\'s army (any AA games aren\'t very good, graphics are ok, movement is kinda weird, NO GAMER TAGS!!!!) -Blackshot (not bad graphics, movement is fine, lagged a bit for me, doesn\'t feel right) All in all one of the best free fps games out right now would be combat arms by nexon at nexon.net. It has great graphics if you put them all the way up, smooth gameplay, tons of guns/mods/equipment/maps/and modes, only a few downsides including a kick feature that is constantly abused so anyone who is pro is bound to be kicked, and the amount of hackers and glitchers in the game is overwhelming but if you can find a good room you\'ll have fun.

Combat arms and battlefield heroes are bothe great online games. combat arms takes up alot of space though. battlefield heroes is actually third person but its cartoons and americans and nazis (but the dont actually put that beacause its from EA). yea so check em out.
