A LED light is used a lot these days. Although you see them everywhere, I think you didn't see them under these sircomstances. Designer Seung-Jin Lee has created a LED artwork that is floating just above the water.

The LEDs are embedded within tubes, allowing it to be water resistant. A computer has control over the LEDs. This way, you can define different patterns in different colors with light.
